Over the past month, Chris and I have been finalizing our lists, deciding on showers, registering for gifts and following the Wedgewood Wedding Planner. It is so helpful it frees us up to do other important things like… Build a play area for a child with autism, have time to play with some of our favorite kids with autism, and plan for Hospice of the Conejo Las Vegas Cool fundraiser. Also we had time to go to Disneyland with one of the families Chris works with. We will post pictures at a later date.
I met with my mom to give her my invite list and to talk about all of the wedding plans. We are meeting with some photographers soon and I am looking at Ann Taylor.com to get the bridesmaid dresses. We can’t believe how fast and fun the process has been. We will never forget this!
Yesterday we had friends and family come together to celebrate the 4th of July. Everything was perfect and all anyone could talk about was the wedding planning. For the bridal shower all the girls are going to sit poolside while getting our nails done and drinking wine. Our wonderful neighbor and friend Maraline will be catering which means everything will look and taste amazing! I cant wait till all the festivities start!
So I finally got a hold of our pictures from our trip! I’ll post the link to “http://michelleandchris.seeyouthen.com” for the entire album as well so you can see all the pictures.

I am looking for the perfect flats for my dress…sigh….I can not seem to find where to go for them without them looking too sporty. If anyone can help that would be great! i think i am going to try Nordstroms.
So i finally finished my invite list!
It wasn’t easy, and it took a lot of help from somebody (thanks mom. ::grin::)
For those who aren’t on the invite list don’t worry, we’ll not only have EVERYTHING photographed, documented, and possibly even logged… but Michelle and I are in talks about having a separate party or dinner party another time to show our thanks, especially in regards to your voting and celebrate with you all.
In other news: Michelle is in search of slipper shoes/flats (?) to match the wedding dress… and since I am not allowed to see it, are there any women who have any ideas? I foolishly recommended (Half jokingly I might add) a “glass slipper” and it only returned a deadpan look from her so apparently I have a lot to learn about formal feminine slippers? Hehe
Also, we just got back from a Lake Havasu boating trip that started earlier last week. Fun times as I learn to wake board. (Or as i call it, “Learning to fall into water at high speeds”) I have gotten passable at wake “surfing”, however and have evidence to post that support such claims…LOTS of fun pictures that I’ll upload tomorrow.

the invitations along with response cards, envelopes, and cocktail napkins have arrived! Stacy thank you so much for your help with all the decisions on color, writing styles, and designs.
Michelle and I were able to go to six flags this week for free! There’s just nothing like falling 60 mph straight down, body Parallel to the deck. It incites silly moments like us looking at each other quickly and saying, “Silly face?” “Silly face.” just before the camera snaps and we somehow manage to make the same face?.. lol here take a look for yourself:

I think I have my invite list done! Thank you mom for the help!
now to pick out the invitations themselves. Still trying to find which ones i love the most. I think i have narrowed my search to 3. If anyone is interested in the gold package invitations you can view them online at www.wedgewoodvendors.com to see everything they have to offer.
